Shipping & Returns
The timeframe for all deliveries to all metro stores within NSW and VIC is 1-2 business days for orders placed by the order cut-off time of 12:00pm. For regional stores, the delivery timeframe is up to 2-3 business days for orders placed by the order cut-off time. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched for delivery on the next allocated delivery day for your store. If you are unsure of your allocated delivery days, please contact the customer service team in your state.
Goods & Services Tax
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for goods to be delivered to addresses within Australia.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a Credit to your account once the stock has been returned to our warehouse. For unwanted or incorrectly ordered merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
